Unwa Oy provides professional diving contracting services for municipalities and companies. With over 30 years of experience in underwater operations, we offer reliable and safe solutions for a wide range of needs. Our offices are located in Central Finland and Uusimaa, and we serve customers throughout the entire country.
All our divers are fully qualified professional divers. Our company is RALA-certified, and we comply with all statutory requirements of the Contractor’s Liability Act.

Underwater Construction Work
We carry out underwater construction projects across Finland. Our professional divers have extensive experience in demanding underwater construction tasks. Our core expertise includes concrete casting, reinforcement installation, flame cutting and welding. We perform all types of diver-assisted construction services.
Underwater Maintenance and Servicing
We conduct underwater maintenance and servicing work for the industrial and hydropower sectors. Our expertise covers industrial cleaning and servicing tasks as well as dam and gate maintenance at hydropower plants. Our own professional divers work annually at multiple hydropower sites and factories around Finland — reliably, safely and with high professionalism.
Underwater Condition Surveys
We provide comprehensive condition surveys. Each inspection is carried out systematically and precisely. All findings are documented using underwater video footage, and a detailed inspection report is delivered to the client.
Side-Scan Sonar & Object Searches
High-quality side-scan sonar surveys and object searches provide the most effective results. We use state-of-the-art equipment operated by trained professionals.
